Dr. David Wagner was born in Covina, California and after four years in the United States Marine Corps obtained a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Nevada Las Vegas in 1998. He then attained his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the Southern California University of Health Sciences in 2001.
