Typically this process begins with a comprehensive exam and evaluation. Here we will assess your injury and talk with you about your sports goals. From there, we will work with you to create a program that is appropriate and adapt it as you gain strength to ensure you are ready to return to your sport.
This is a common question, as we know our athletes are eager to return to the field or court, etc. There is no one-size-fits-all answer. We tailor the program to you based on your need. This includes accounting for the type and severity of the injury, how much time has passed since the injury (as earlier intervention is most beneficial), the intensity of the regimen, and how you are feeling about it along the way.
